Currently working as a Assistant Manager - Client Servicing. I have completed my MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Media Communication. My experience has majorly been in Social Media which involved developing engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages, monitoring and developing reports on competitor activity within social media spaces. Also involved in doing Online Reputation Management for various banks. I have always been fascinated by brands and the various strategies used may vary according to the brands and what excites me is filling in those missing pieces of the puzzle, that is subjective to each brand and yet constantly changing. Keeping up with that pace while maintaining a brand’s equity is what I am ardent to find out about.
