About Rishabh Agarwal
Currently I am working as a Program Manager at Axis Bank in the retail banking division. In my tenure so far, I have worked on bank-wide regulatory projects having an impact on customer onboarding as well as servicing. Also, I have worked on implementing automation solutions in business-as-usual processes leading to cost savings and vendor elimination. I am interested in Finance as an industry and the way different solutions can help us facilitate the easy exchange of money. I like to understand different business models and their journey from zero to one. Looking towards working in Strategy roles in the Fintech space or investment roles in VC/PE firms. Personally, I like to read books spanning from self-help to some life philosophies, watch documentaries, run, and currently learning lawn tennis.
