In my role, I effectively managed the operations of over 70 computer systems, ensuring uninterrupted service uptime through diligent maintenance and performance enhancements. I promptly addressed identified or reported issues, consistently meeting SLAs. Collaborating closely with relevant units, I facilitated the setup and configuration of new workstations, switches, distribution point servers, routers, and printers. Additionally, I took charge of integrating newly installed workstations and devices into the domain, ensuring seamless addition to Active Directory while verifying proper acquisition of Group Policy settings. Root cause analyses of system challenges were conducted meticulously, with findings meticulously documented for future reference. I oversaw the installation, updating, and monitoring of system software, including Windows 10, across designated computer systems. Moreover, I developed comprehensive system guidelines and manuals for end-users, complemented by providing tailored IT training to staff members. Proactive in approach, I conducted mandatory preventive maintenance tests to preemptively detect and resolve potential problems. My adept troubleshooting skills extended to effectively resolving IP and network challenges, with the ability to address issues remotely using tools such as MS Teams and Remote Desktop Connection, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
