With over 18 years of experience in the flour milling industry, I have been instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our family-owned business, transforming it into a key supplier for industry giants such as Britannia, ITC, and Nestle.After earning my B.Com in 2006, I joined the family business and quickly identified opportunities for growth and expansion. In 2009, I led the establishment of a new mill focused on contract manufacturing for ITC, increasing our production capacity by 350MT/day. Building on this success, we expanded further in 2015 by setting up another contract manufacturing facility in Bangalore, adding 500MT/day to our operations.In 2019, we achieved a significant milestone with the launch of a state-of-the-art flour mill in Perundurai, enhancing our production capabilities by 400MT/day. Recognizing the importance of sustainability, in 2024, we took a forward-thinking step by establishing a captive solar energy plant, ensuring our operations are both efficient and environmentally sustainable.Throughout this journey, I have honed my skills in procurement, manufacturing, and finance, ensuring our operations are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with industry best practices. My leadership has not only expanded our business but also established strong, long-term partnerships with some of the most respected names in the food industry.
