Leadership, for me, has never just been about holding a position — it’s about stepping up when it counts, building trust within a team, and delivering when the stakes are high. As Student Secretary and Head of the Media Club at my university, I’ve had the opportunity to lead passionate teams through some of our most high-pressure events — from international conferences like IUCEE and IASF to national cultural festivals at IIT Bombay and BITS Goa. Each experience challenged me to think on my feet, coordinate across diverse groups, and bring structure to chaos. More than anything, these journeys taught me how to listen, adapt, and bring people together toward a common goal.
