About Rishab Aggarwal

I am an advocate currently working with Krishnamurthy and Co.(K Law) at Mumbai. My area of practise is disputes resolution, and my role includes drafting, advising and appearing in a variety of matters concerning civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, covering company law, insolvency, banking and finance, securities law and constitutional law. I have previously worked as an Associate with capital markets team of Khaitan and Co, advising clients ranging from foreign securities broker to real estate and core investment companies. As a young legal professional, my focus is towards providing quality legal service with precision and integrity. Having diverse experience of research, due diligence and drafting, consistent academic record, and immense interest towards jurisprudential analysis and adversarial practise of law, my aim is to deliver efficient work output and continue the process of honing the legal acumen further. Other than law, I enjoy writing poems and watching plays.
