I love designing experiences which are multi-faceted solving abstract problems both for the consumers and the business. I curate my design by analyzing the problem and applying design and analytical thinking to arrive at a structured and actionable solution. Through my design I try to tell a story which would resonate with a wide range of user personas focused at eliminating the common challenges. I like my design ideas to clearly spell out the tangible value proposition throughout the value chain of a user journey maximizing the positive and desirable outcomes.As an UX designer I often use the entire portfolio of my skill set which include and not limited to - Design Thinking, Analytical reasoning, User Persona creation, User Journey maps, empathy mapping, storytelling, branding, service and process design. I also focus on coherent, comprehensible communication and team work to achieve maximum potential impact of my design artefacts.

   Leading designs for Cloud Infrastructure security blocks like Security Groups, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and next-generation Firewalls, simplifying complex cloud security configurations for enterprise users- Leading the integration and deployment of cloud Flow Logs, providing detailed telemetry and actionable insights for anomaly detection, compliance reporting, and threat hunting- Actively involved in hiring designers as a part of building a 15 member team in India and mentoring junior designers within the team.
