About Risha Jain
Hi there! My name is Risha Jain, and I received my MBA in 2022 with a focus on marketing and human resources. Throughout my academic career, I had the honour of participating in two rewarding internships. The first gave me a thorough understanding of all the many HR functions and the significance of employee engagement as an HR generalist. My abilities in performance management, training, and recruitment were refined during my second stint as an HR executive. My involvement in HR workshops and these experiences have given me a solid foundation in human resources management. I have a strong interest in using HR tactics to promote a great workplace culture and advance organisational performance. My experience in marketing also gives me a distinct perspective to my work, which helps me create creative solutions that support both business and HR objectives.
