   Led the development of an AI/ML solution at T-Mobile focused on anomaly detection and overpayment prediction to enhance operational efficiency and reduce financial risk. Our approach involved:Anomaly Detection: Built and deployed machine learning models to detect unusual patterns in transactional and usage data. By identifying outliers and anomalies early, the system alerts teams to potential fraud, operational issues, or process gaps that need attention.Overpayment Prediction: Designed predictive models to identify and flag potential overpayment scenarios, allowing us to proactively prevent and resolve discrepancies. The model improved T-Mobile’s revenue assurance processes by reducing manual intervention and enabling a more proactive approach.Through this project, we leveraged machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing techniques, and model evaluation frameworks to achieve scalable, real-time insights. This implementation contributed to streamlined workflows, enhanced decision-making, and improved customer satisfaction by ensuring billing accuracy.
