My responsibilities include: Bench Marketing & Consultant PlacementProactively market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, and EAD candidates) to direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners.Identify and place candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across various industries. Vendor & Client RelationsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and Tier 1 staffing partners to generate new business opportunities.Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and match the best-fit candidates. Rate Negotiation & Contract ManagementEffectively negotiate bill rates, pay rates, and contract terms to ensure competitive deals for both clients and consultants.Ensure compliance with client agreements, contract terms, and immigration policies. Candidate Engagement & SupportWork closely with bench candidates, understand their skill sets, and guide them in resume marketing and interview preparation.Provide continuous support to candidates during the recruitment process, including onboarding, extensions, and project transitions. Job Portal & Networking StrategiesUtilize Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, JobDiva, and other job boards to source potential job opportunities.Leverage existing vendor contacts, referrals, and networking strategies to increase successful placements. Reporting & ComplianceMaintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports of submissions, interviews, and placements.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
