Key Responsibilities:50% Tech Talent Acquisition:~Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, functional and support roles, including Software Developers, Product Managers, Data Engineers, and other technology positions.~Create and execute tailored strategies to attract & head hunt top talent through job portals (like LinkedIn) and employee referrals.~Evaluate candidates effectively through technical screenings, behavioral assessments, and competency-based interviewing techniques.~Partner with hiring managers and department heads to align recruitment efforts with technical skill needs and business goals.~Use tools like Keka to track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and quality of hire, leveraging insights to refine hiring processes.~Build a strong employer brand within the tech community through campus hiring programs, hackathons, and other talent initiatives.50% HR Operations:~Manage core HR processes such as payroll, attendance, performance management, and compliance using Keka or similar HRIS systems.~Onboard new employees, providing a smooth integration into the organization with a focus on engaging and retaining top talent.~Drive employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, team-building activities, learning sessions, and feedback mechanisms.~Facilitate regular performance reviews, competency mapping, and development plans to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.~Act as a trusted advisor for employees, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration while resolving HR-related queries and concerns.~Ensure HR policies and practices are updated and compliant with local labor laws and organizational objectives.
