I\'m building the brain for autonomous robots.OSCEN is a patent-pending neuromorphic cognitive architecture. It is a spiking neural network that learns the way biological brains do. Not a transformer. Not a VLA. A million LIF neurons across 11 hierarchical brain regions with six integrated learning mechanisms running simultaneously: STDP, eligibility traces, BCM metaplasticity, 4-channel neuromodulation, homeostatic synaptic scaling, and developmental critical periods with pruning and myelination.The system is actively training on sensory data. 350 tests passing. Full state persistence. Currently evaluating neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi 2, SpiNNaker 2) for real-time deployment.Why this matters: Every robotics AI company today uses transformers trained offline on teleoperation data. They can\'t learn on-device. They can\'t adapt to a new body. They consume 10-50W per inference. OSCEN learns continuously from experience, targets <5W on neuromorphic silicon, and works for any robot morphology.OSCEN doesn\'t compete with LLMs on language benchmarks. We compete on continual learning, energy efficiency, and real-time adaptation. Building a patent-pending neuromorphic cognitive architecture for robotics. Designed and implemented a 1M+ neuron spiking neural network with 1.19B synapses, 11 hierarchical brain regions, and the most complete biological learning rule stack in any working SNN system. Solo-built the full stack: network engine, six learning mechanisms, sensory pipeline, training infrastructure, NATS communication, state persistence, and real-time dashboard. Currently training at scale on dedicated infrastructure, evaluating several hardware deployments
