As Revlon Professional UKI Group Education Manager, I lead the strategic planning, delivery, and development of education programmes for Revlon professional brands across Direct, Indirect, E-Com and Pro Retail channels.Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement education strategies aligned with brand objectives, ensuring education is a driving force behind business growth.Team Management & Development:Oversee and mentor a national team of educators, fostering skill development, engagement, and performance excellence.
