I am a global policy and political risk strategist with 13+ years of experience across the United Nations, African Union, and international NGOs, advising senior leadership on governance, conflict dynamics, gender justice and human rights as well as institutional reform in complex and volatile environments.My work focuses on how power, regulation, public trust, and political narratives interact to shape stability and risk. I translate political, socio-economic, security, human rights and digital signals into strategic insight that helps institutions anticipate change, mitigate risk and make better decisions in high-stakes environments.I work at the interface of global agenda-setting and field-level political realities, influencing policy and institutional priorities through high-quality policy documents, high-level briefings, speeches, public statements, and strategic messaging for senior leadership across international and regional fora, while advancing international advocacy, diplomatic negotiations and multi-agency responses in the field.My goal is to help institutions anticipate risk, protect people, and design responses that are both principled and effective, while being grounded in human rights.My background includes political analysis, legislative and regulatory tracking, advocacy, diplomacy, negotiation and consensus-building, peacekeeping as well as strategic communications at the highest levels of international decision-making. I am deeply invested in the power of public narrative and policy storytelling, and I have used writing, briefing, and coalition-building to align governments, civil society, and international organizations around areas of common interest and shared governance outcomes.I am particularly interested in how digital platforms, misinformation, and emerging technologies are reshaping governance, security, and public legitimacy, and I bring a political and institutional lens to these evolving challenges.I also bring a global perspective shaped by having been raised, lived and worked across Africa, Europe, North America, and Asia, and by operating fluently in English, French, and Portuguese.
