   I ventured into the realm of Medical Writing (CReW), thanks to the opportunity that AstraZeneca, Bangalore entrusted me with the responsibilities such as writing concise stories to regulatory authorities, drafting documents such as CSR, Briefing Documents, IBs, Protocols and Ethnic Sensitivity Reports. I have worked on both early-phase and late-phase clinical trial documents.I have worked as a CReW Lead (Program Lead), for the early CVRM molecules, where the responsibilities were to handle the resourcing of all the documents under my remit, liazing with the vendor medical writing team, reviewing all the document authored by the vendor, creating a reference document with guidances for consistence across the documents. Author streategic documents inhouse, working cross functionally with Clinical Operations team, Clinical, Safety, Clin Pharm and Stats team and the Global Product Lead.I have authored CSRs using the automation tools, the very first live document authored globally from AstraZeneca using AI. I have expertise in working across CVRM and Oncology Therapeutic Areas.I have conducted, Global Annual Staff Meetings, as a host and planning the learnings, and knowledge shares to be included in these sessions, liasing with multiple stakeholders globally and the senior management team. I was the host for Annual day celebrations with close to audiences. I was also the host for the inaugaration of the new office from AstraZeneca in Bangalore.
