I\'m a talent acquisition professional with experience hiring across Tech, Data, FMCG, and Mechanical Engineering industries spanning the UK, MENA, and the Americas.People are my ultimate weakness. I genuinely enjoy talking to people, hearing their stories, understanding their journeys, and exploring what motivates them. There\'s something fascinating about discovering what led someone to choose their career path, or sometimes, what unexpectedly brought them there. And on the side? I match people to the right job opportunities and, more importantly, to the right teams where they can actually thrive.I\'m equal parts people person and process nerd. I love crunching numbers, spotting gaps in systems, and figuring out what can make hiring more efficient or better yet, more enjoyable for both candidates and hiring managers. In a world increasingly dominated by AI-led hiring run by algorithms and automation, I\'m committed to keeping the recruitment process human, thoughtful, and, dare I say, even enjoyable rather than mechanical.I\'m also pursuing my third postgraduate degree, an MSc in Psychology, partly to satisfy an insatiable curiosity, but mostly because I\'m endlessly fascinated by how our minds work and why we make the decisions we do.
