Process development, weekly & monthly volume and capacity forecasting based on key retail KPIs such as geo demand and inventory turn to drive efficient order fulfilment and delivery Track and manage KPIs, SLAs, and Costs Drive functional SOP’s & metrics across the region. Developing the operations strategy for scaling up the operations. Identify and prioritize organizations meetings, time frames & deadlines Managing Expiry- Damage % below 0.05%. Responsible to ensure that goods stored in the warehouse are not damaged & expired. Ensuring all Near Expiry skus are returned to distributors on time. Responsible for stock accuracy of the warehouse stock- Daily, Monthly and Annual full stock counting. Ensuring FIFO is maintained during picking of all Skus. Handling a team size of 120 members.(Mix of on role & off role)
