Develop, validate & execute In-vitro release testing (IVRT) methods which includes selection of diffusion media, selection of diffusion membrane, selection of dose volume, sampling volume, precision run, selectivity, altered formulations, accuracy, precision & robustness using Logan Franz cells DHC-6T Dry heat console with tilt as per FDA requirements.• Develop and perform Dissolution testing of Ophthalmic Ointment using USP II apparatus with Immersion cell & sinker baskets.• Perform analysis of the IVRT samples on HPLC.• Perform In-vitro Permeation test (IVPT) test using human cadaver skins on Logan Franz diffusion cells with autosampler for topical and transdermal dosage forms.• Perform routine analysis like assay & related substance for initial, in-process, finished & stability products using HPLC, UHPLC with detectors like UV, PDA/DAD, RI and CAD & data analysis on Empower software.• Perform moisture content analysis for initial, in-process, finished & stability products using Karl Fischer (KF).• Develop & execute methods for particle size distribution using Microscope & Malvern mastersizer hydro.• Perform Viscosity analysis using Rheometer & Brookfield DV3T & LV Viscometer.• Perform analysis of pH using pH meter, Osmolality using Osmometer 3300, Specific gravity usingPycnometer, Surface Tension using Kibron EZ-Pi plus Surface Tensiometer.• Perform calibration of HPLC including Shimadzu, Waters & Agilent, pH meter, Osmometer 3300,Surface tensiometer, analytical balance.• Author and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for different instruments and analytical methods, validation protocols, test methods and reports.
