About Rinita Adhikary

Hello, As a UX Designer with a strong foundation in immersive technologies (XR, AR/VR), I’m passionate about creating human-centered digital experiences that not only function beautifully but also make people feel seen, supported, and empowered. With a background in Immersive Media Design from MIT ADT University, my design practice blends user psychology, intuitive interaction design, and real-world problem solving. I approach design as a bridge between empathy and technology, be it through UX research, prototyping, or building accessible and scalable design systems. My roots in psychology and interest in technology stem from my curiosity about how people interact and are influenced by the digital world. Technology should be designed with empathy, respect, and responsibility, and empower people to achieve their goals and aspirations. I work towards becoming a human-centered designer who can create meaningful and positive experiences for people through technology.
