Rinio is a Senior Managing Director at PwC who leads Partner Affairs in the areas of partner talent management, human capital, partner equity and financial matters, and product strategy and technology impacting the firm’s 4,200 US and Mexico partners.Rinio has spent over 30 years at PwC. She is driven by her vision for technology and business efficiencies, and she currently leads a team of nearly 100 employees to deliver quality services and products to PwC’s partners. She leads the technology strategy, business insights, analytics and reporting for PwC partners. Rinio also partners with firm leadership to drive strategy and execution of the partner talent life cycle, including performance management, succession planning, talent assessment and strategic placement, the application of the US and Mexico income systems and teaming/performance income awards. Rinio and her team serve as a centralized governance to ensure fairness and equity to PwC’s partners as policies are applied related to responsibility and income. She also executes partnership equity accounting, settlements, active and retired partner distributions and international partner programs. And, she and her team support leadership in all quality aspects to ensure partners adhere to the independence and regulatory guidelines, including the PCAOB review of partner management processes.Rinio is known for her contagious enthusiasm, infectious smile and strong desire to mentor, inspire and develop others. She creates a high-performance team culture by providing feedback and coaching her team on their career development goals. Born in Greece, and speaking fluent Greek, Rinio mentors the international secondees from Greece as well the Tampa Women’s Networking Circle, which she launched and chaired.
