Passionate Health Equity Analyst currently working as a Finance Associate at UChicago Medicine, where I support data-driven insights and financial strategy within a leading academic medical center. I bring a strong foundation in health policy, analytics, and cross-sector collaboration to advance equitable, efficient healthcare systems.Previously at Medical Home Network, I leveraged data analytics to drive social determinants of health (SDOH) program enrollment and improve care coordination outcomes for Medicaid populations.I recently completed my Master of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, specializing in health policy and data-informed decision-making. Prior to that, I served as Program Manager at Praja Foundation, where I led urban governance research, developed performance tracking tools, and engaged with government stakeholders to improve public service delivery.With experience conducting meta-analyses, designing RCTs, and managing cross-functional research teams, I work at the intersection of finance, policy, and public health.
