As the Director of Advancement Operations at Azusa Pacific University, I have the privilege of working in higher education advancement, with a special focus on Christian private school settings. With 9 years of experience, I’m passionate about creating efficient, data-driven solutions that help organizations strengthen their donor relationships and achieve their fundraising goals. In my current role, I manage data analytics, database administration, and gift processing, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that donor data remains accurate and up-to-date. I also have hands-on experience with CRM conversion and implementation, helping teams transition to new systems and optimize them for success. I enjoy collaborating with teams to create streamlined, tailored solutions that enhance donor engagement and drive results. My approach is always thoughtful, focused on long-term impact, and guided by my strengths in individualization, relator, and deliberative thinking (from StrengthsFinder 2.0).
