Working across functional teams including other Engineering teams, Operations teams, Sales teams, and Professional Services teams. Present technical details to non-technical people. Expectations with this role: Develop new skills outside of my comfort zone. Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively and serve as a resource for the Product Manager and Technical Product Manager. Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making. Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations. Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations for improving existing Azure Product offerings. Design and implement secure production support systems and services, including enterprise customer monitoring and remote server administration platforms. Develop automation skills to improve at-scale deployment and management of customer cloud environments, reducing work demands and cultivating consistency.
