With 25 years of extensive experience in agile methodologies and a proven track record of successful project leadership across diverse industries, including 9 years at Schneider Electric and 10 years at Yahoo, I\'ve held various roles from start-ups to major corporations such as Sun Microsystems and Siemens. I am curious, have a lot of energy, and years of experience in Agile methodologies, coupled with a customer-focused and dynamic approach that has yielded proven success in leading multiple projects under tight deadlines. With a strong foundation in software, project, and people management, as well as agility, along with certifications as an Agile Scrum Master, I am confident in my ability to drive success in complex organizations. I am eager to bring my strategic mindset, extensive experience, and passion for agile methodologies to play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and innovation.
