ABOUT MARCO RINALDI

HEAD OF INNOVATION @ SKYLABS With over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, I currently lead the innovation team at Skylabs, managing cross-functional people focused on enterprise system integration (with a strong focus on MuleSoft), cloud architecture (particularly Microsoft Azure), custom software engineering, AI-driven solutions, and mobile development with both native and Flutter technologies. My role bridges strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise, driving complex enterprise projects and building scalable, future-ready TECHNICAL BACKGROUND I hold a degree in Computer Engineering and began my career with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with ASP.NET Core, Xamarin, and Azure. Earlier in my journey, I developed more than 50 applications for Windows and Windows Phone, earning a place in the Windows 8 App Hall of Fame and winning the global Microsoft Imagine Cup 2013 (Windows 8 category) with the Ulixes NOTABLE EXPERIENCES Former CEO & co-founder of Ulixes Former Microsoft Student Partner (MSP), promoting Microsoft technologies at the University of Catania through talks and seminars Worked with Avanade, Bleenka, Ganiza, Fantapazz, and BetStatus on client and server-side Microsoft solutions Today, I focus on turning ideas into real, impactful solutions by blending innovation, cloud, and AI to deliver measurable value for businesses.
