   Partner with all UCSF stakeholders, group leaders, project teams and department staff at ICDC (Big Room setting) by providing direct support in a variety of duties. Distribution of contract documents and change orders to various agencies, clients, and consulting teams. Tracking and reporting on various project deliverables, dates, and deadlines. Assisting in writing and distributing meeting minutes, instruction bulletins, RFI responses and professional correspondence. Drafting, preparing, and editing letters, reports, etc, as requested by team. Assist with project initiation, close-out, and other project tasks as required and assigned. Managing project and individual calendars (schedule meetings, conference calls and appointments). Maintain daily communication with project team leaders to determine assignments, and priorities. Work closely with leadership to stay informed of multiple deadlines where additional help may be needed. Assist with onboarding of new San Francisco colleagues so they become familiar with administrative procedures, standards, project protocols, and guidelines for the project. Give advise on resources within firm and facilitate introductions when appropriate. Coordination with different parties on CA documentation flow (Submittals, RFIS, etc.) throughout the life of the project. Events coordination, planning and execution. Successfully organizing a pingpong tourney at the jobsite where all can participate and win. Camaraderie building at its best. Assist other team members as needed (CA support on the UCSF Benioff OPC Improvements).
