A dedicated and forward-thinking professional driven by a passion for youth empowerment and a keen interest in shaping effective public policy. My goal is to build initiatives that equip young people with the confidence and skills traditional education often overlooks.I am a Bachelor of Foreign Trade student at DAVV University, Indore, with a strong passion for youth development, public speaking, and policy-making. My journey started at St. Raphael’s H.S. School, where I served as Head Girl, cultivating leadership, communication, and organisational skills that continue to shape who I am today.Currently, as a Trainee Analyst in the Learning & Development sector, I translate this passion into action. I design and facilitate high-impact workshops on public speaking and professional skills for students, directly addressing the need for confident communication in today\'s world. My work is focused on creating programs that help youth find their voice and become their most confident selves through youth initiatives.I am eager to apply my hands-on experience in youth development to a broader policy-making context.
