About Rimpy Mehra

I am a lecturer in psychology at the P.G. Department of Psychology at Kanya Maha Vidyalaya College in Jalandhar. I was awarded the Dr. Shashi Jain award for the best student in psychology in 2023. My areas of interest are Positive Psychology, Existential Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Health Psychology and Clinical Psychology. I also presented a research paper entitled \"Coping Tips for Managing Stress in Life\" at an international conference sponsored by ICPR. I have qualified for the GATE - Psychology 2025 exam. I have two book chapters to my credit. I strive to create a positive, engaging environment for my students in classrooms. I am committed to fostering an inclusive and stimulating academic environment. I am also rendering my services as a counselling psychologist at KMV College. I possess the trait of empathy and active listening, which encourages students to address their personal, academic and psychological concerns in confidential and safe hands. Psychology is my passion. I love to talk and write about the general topics of \"Life\",\"Psychology\" and \"Mental Health\". Let\'s connect and explore how we can inspire and deliver value to humanity.
