UX + Product Designer with 4+ years of experience in building 0-1 product-led growth that are intuitive and focused on user needs and business goals. Using Strategic Design, Product Thinking, Behavioral Psychology and Human-Centred Design (HCD).Embarked on a journey to revolutionize online/offline education with \'CoachLMS\' powered by Masters\' Union. From initial concept to the first released Version-1.0 in June 2023, led the design process with a focus on AGILE METHODOLOGY, engaging in deep DISSCUSSIONS to understand goals, followed by ANALYSIS through USER RESEARCH and COMPETITOR INSIGHTS. Strategic planning using USER PERSONAS and JOURNEY MAPPING. Execution involved establishing a cohesive LMS DESIGN SYSTEM and detailed STYLE GUIDE to create an intuitive, user-friendly LMS for students, teachers and administrators. Implemented solutions resulted in an 80% reduction in course creation time, a 75% increase in student engagement, and a 60% decrease in user and course management time. Data accuracy and reporting efficiency improved by 80%. By focusing on user-centric design principles and leveraging real-world data, we created a platform that have many USP\'s as a Learning Management System and ready to serve globally as SaaS Product.
