Building HeyoPhone - the smart phoneline enabling conversational commerce for India. Heyo has crossed 500K MAU and 2 million downloads since its launch 6 months back. I have been an entrepreneur from 2015 and here\'s some of the things I did:Co-founded Spotle.ai, an AI-powered upskilling to hiring platform for students and recent graduates. I led Spotle.ai to reach over a million users and in securing funds by global investors across India, Australia and Silicon Valley. Spotle now offers 300+ certificate courses and has issued certificates to learners, achieving GTV of 10 crores post going live in 2019. Spotle\'s enterprise hackathon and hiring platform has been adopted across multiple corporates and state governments. Prior to Spotle, I co-ounded Unmarketeer a digital firm, which has worked with marquee clients including Videocon, VedaEarth, Zrupee, EPBD Bangladesh, GlobalGyan, SPJIMR, Emami in building digital strategies and campaigns. We sold and exited Unmarketeer in 2017.I have 17 years of deep experience in technology product management, solution design,technical program management and digital consulting with companies including TataConsultancy Services, British Telecom, Leo Burnett, Tata Communications across India, USA,EU and APAC markets. I have led large technology implementation and AI-led innovationsat Spotle.ai, recognised in the NASSCOM India AI patent report. We have leveraged NLP,Machine Learning, AWS public cloud infra and a strong JSON based API framework to buildintegrated assessment, resume profiling and candidate matching platforms integrated withenterprise systems used by multiple state governments, educational institutes andcorporates.Cited as a technology and digital influencer, I am a member of the NASSCOM Insights advisory board. I am an investor/ board member at K-12 edtech startup Wise Owl Learning, mentor and angel investor at the diversity incubator, Encubay.I was recognized as a ‘Woman of influence’ by Twitter India and as one of the top 30 women in tech entrepreneurs in India.
