As a Human Resource Manager at Flashaid, a leading healthcare platform, I am responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the talent pool of the organization. I have successfully hired and onboarded candidates for various roles, especially in the sales department, and ensured their retention and performance. I have also developed and implemented effective training programs and policies to enhance the skills and competencies of the staff.Prior to joining Flashaid, I gained valuable experience as a Recruitment Manager at BYJU\'S, an ed-tech company, and as a HR Placement Consultant at RAF INDIA Medecho Pvt Ltd, a UK-based medical staffing agency. I have demonstrated my expertise in hiring doctors across the UK, dealing with hospitals and doctors, and acting as a bridge between them. I have also handled a team of recruiters and supervised their operations and outcomes. I hold a PGDM in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from IILM Academy Of Higher Learning, Lucknow, where I learned the fundamentals and best practices of HR management.I am passionate and enthusiastic about my work, and I always strive to ideate, innovate, and perform.
