I’m a results-driven, resourceful Project Manager and Operations Specialist with over 8 years of experience leading complex projects to completion across Canada. I currently lead high-impact water-efficiency retrofit projects, including audits, inspections, and installations of advanced plumbing fixtures in high-rise residential buildings. I excel at directing cross- functional teams and am responsible for managing the work of technicians and external contractors to achieve results on time and within budgets of up to $6 million annually. Agile workflow development and change management are a specialty of mine. I thrive in dynamic environments, focusing on optimizing timeliness and tools for resource management. My methodology guarantees stakeholder alignment, smooth communication, and top-quality results, even in the face of tight deadlines and logistics challenges. Previously, as a Project Coordinator at Olympia Tile+Stone Inc, I was in charge of procurement, schedules, and vendor negotiation to maintain project workflow. I also bring with me a background in client relationship management and strategic sales from my stint at Rogers Communications, where I developed relationships and drove customer retention through personalized solutions and data-driven strategies.
