ABOUT RIMA SEAL

In 7 years of my service to the IT industry, I have worked as an Instructional Designer (ID). • I have worked on developing web-based trainings (WBTs), application simulations, instructor-led trainings (ILTs), virtual instructor-led trainings (vILTs), videos, and micro and blended learning solutions. • I have worked efficiently as an Assessment Team member continuously for nearly two years and provided the best quality deliverables using Moodle.• I have also extensively worked on content analysis, estimation, and design documents for internal as well as external clients• I worked for a well-known Irish pharmaceutical company’s project. I was responsible for developing application/process guides for their different Salesforce-based applications. I was the sole resource for this project, responsible for client interactions, planning, timeline creation, scripting, and quality and client satisfaction.• I am currently working on a project for a leading American multinational technology corporation. All the deliverables created for this client are accessible and promotes diversity and inclusion (D&I). For this project, I work on content analysis and high-level design documents (HLDs) using Microsoft Excel, ILTs and vILTs using Microsoft PowerPoint, WBTs using Storyline 360 and Rise 360, video-based learning solutions, blended and micro learning solutions, application simulations, and curriculum roadmaps.
