Conduct full-cycle recruitment for a spectrum of roles across different portfolio and different locations, resulting in successful hires and increase team productivity.• Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse roles, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, resulting in a diverse talent pool, reducing time-to-fill and increasing employee retention.• Contribute in implementing of a new behavioral assessment tool to be more diverse and inclusive (selection of the questions, recordings, testing, improvement.)• Act as a Workday Functional lead for the talent acquisition team, improving functionalities related to recruiting and managing candidates and conducting the needed tests.• Responsible of collecting data (KPIs) and building reports for the talent acquisition team• Work closely to the HR and Workday team to ensure the process aligns with the overall strategy• Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline and improve recruitment processes.• Create the needed documentation related to end to end recruiting process • Participate in different job/career fairs and University recruitment events to help attract the best candidate and improve branding
