I’ve had \"strategy\" in my title for two decades. Strategy can mean different things. For me it boils down to deliberate decisions and tradeoffs in pursuit of a clearly stated ambition. That means working across many disciplines, wearing many hats. I thrive in complex environments and am most comfortable at the intersection of customer needs, technological capabilities and business opportunities. I\'m good at it – good enough for the USCIS to attest to my extraordinary abilities and achievements in the field of software strategy.I\'m a thoughtful, calm and empathetic leader. I coach teams to live up to their potential and beyond, using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as a tool to bridge the gap between strategy and every-day execution.

   As a Principal TPM Manager within the Office AI team, I lead strategic initiatives to enhance Microsoft\'s AI capabilities across Office applications. My role involves orchestrating cross-functional teams, driving project execution, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Strategic Leadership: Established the scalable Office AI operating model with clear investment areas, OKRs, and metrics-driven alignment (full stack strategy-to-execution model). Growth Initiatives: Operationalized Microsoft\'s 100X growth ambition for Copilot adoption, developing and socializing a metrics model now used for weekly executive updates. Currently working on establishing the Office-wide eval system to measure output quality as a key growth driver of user adoption.Mentorship & Partnerships: Helped more than double the size of the TPM population within Office, strengthened transparency with business partners, fostering collaboration and alignment on critical initiatives.
