I was afraid I would never find my niche in the workforce. I have dipped my toes into a few industries but never felt the “spark” I had always hoped for… until now.It wasn’t until I stepped into my current position that I realized I had been working in my niche for my entire career. All of my positions required a highly organized, problem solver with a get-it-done attitude; a creative, critical thinker with the ability to visualize a plan and all that it entails. The industries developed my ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and exceptional customer service skills.I am the “go-to” employee. If you want it done, you come to me. If I don’t have the answer, I will find it. I love working for companies that are as dedicated to me as I am to them. In my mind, founders who grow their companies alongside their employees cultivate loyalty and an energetic culture. Being a part of those companies brings me the “spark” I’ve always looked for.
