Responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and fun environment for guests at the pool, fitness center, Roast, and other recreational locationsCheck out and distribute towels and wristbands; Rent out beach equipment as well as set up, breakdown and clean-up of pool cabanas, chairs, umbrellas, and towels.Answer phones, make and take reservations; Stock retail, towels, wristbands, and Paperwork; Sell retail.Use of cash register, and computer and filling out paperwork accurately; In-depth knowledge of Recreation Department – programs, activities, events, etc; High level, quality customer service.Monitor use of pool areas to ensure exclusive access for hotel guests and members Only; basic maintenance/clean-up of all Recreation areas, including pools, beach, locker rooms, and restrooms.Assist with set-up, facilitation, and breakdown of Group Recreation events; assist kid’s camp programs if necessary
