This diverse experience sets me apart from competitors, who typically specialize in only one area, enabling me to offer a more holistic perspective and adapt to different clinical needs-Assisted the Medical Education team in organizing local labs, setting up for training sessions, and engaging with surgeons. By participating in these labs, I gained firsthand knowledge of surgical procedures and fostered key relationships, enhancing my ability to effectively communicate product value and strengthen customer partnerships-Developed a solid understanding of inventory management processes, including building and filling trays, stocking, ordering, and utilizing the Redspot Inventory Management System.
