Conduct due-diligence inspections and prepare draft reports; this includes performing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)-Assist with the planning and execution of field investigations by logging borings, collecting samples, performing field tests, and collecting / recording data-Perform field inspection and environmental investigations with a variety of sampling (e.g: soil, groundwater / stormwater, vapor / air, etc.)-Field oversight of remediation activities and subcontractors-Prepare field reports for environmental projects to document work completed and assist with completing regulatory forms-Contribute to industrial hygiene (IH) projects associated with asbestos, lead-based paint (LBP), mold, and/or indoor air quality (IAQ)-Perform asbestos abatement oversight, environmental building surveys, Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I & Phase II), and write reports accordingly-Monitor air contaminants using real-time monitoring instruments (such as photoionization detectors, combustible gas indicators, toxic gas monitors, etc.)-Collect air samples for various contaminants using personal air sampling pumps, passive monitoring badges, SUMMA canisters, and other techniques.
