About Riley Wenger
Riley is a Denver native with a love for all things Real Estate and Travel. When Riley graduated from Cal Poly, she lived abroad for 2 years in Spain, Thailand, and Peru. Riley\'s international experiences sparked her interest in real estate, as she thoroughly enjoyed visiting and learning about incredible real estate around the world. Upon returning to the US, Riley bought her first investment property in Denver at the age of 25 and quickly learned the value of investing in real estate and how to successfully navigate the Denver market. She learned how powerful of a tool real estate can be to set oneself up for financial success and freedom to pursue dreams and passions- and she loves teaching these real estate strategies to others.Riley possesses a variety of experience in real estate including Real Estate Investing, Value-add construction, Property Management, House-Hacking, AirBnb Rentals, Transaction Management, Buying & Selling, and Real Estate Social Media & Marketing.
