ABOUT RILEY QUINN DOHERTY

I am a professional sales leader, women in leadership advocate, fearless risk taker, and promoter of authenticity. In my 18 years in leadership I learned to be fearless in whatever sets my soul on fire. I was born to find solutions and I have an innate passion for leadership. Through direct feedback, constructive criticism, unapologetic truths, and hard-earned recognition, I have partaken in the development of numerous associates and assisted them in fine tuning their authentic selves, preparing them for that next step. Most recently, I not only lead the Boston Dynamics Customer Success Management Team, I also had the opportunity to take massive risks, innovate, and collaborate with all divisions. Being responsible for the creation of a new team has empowered me to ensure my team is leading with innovation and inclusiveness. Over the years I had the great pleasure of representing my organizations through Public Relations. This role allowed me to share my knowledge through publications, interviews, and speaking engagements. Some of those publications are available to view in my profile.When I am not at work, I am passionate about my community. Out of associates, I won the Staples Community Hero Award for the work I do with Lazarus House Ministries in Lawrence, MA. This organization, and their remarkable staff, empower individuals through life coaching, job training, and schooling to break the cycle of poverty for them and their families. I also have the privilege to serve as President on the Board of Directors. Lastly, I am passionate about being a mother. My daughter has taught me to be present in whatever moment I am in and to openly accept that quality takes precedence over quantity on every measurable scale. She is a constant reinforcement that being one’s true self is a competitive advantage, and that fear will disappear if one is willing to jump.
