I have over 10 years in customer care experience, and am currently branching into a tech related career-path. Data is the future and these past 2 years I have been acquiring knowledge and experience that allows me to understand, manipulate, and visualize data. Don\'t get me wrong! I am a people person through-and-through and I excel in social environments, am very quick to read a room and can bring out the most in people. I have a high attention to detail, problem solving skills, leadership, training, and the integrity to perform when I\'m needed. Completed a post secondary Economics degree from the University of Calgary while working full-time as a manager at Earls Kitchen and Bar. Lead teams of 20+, trained a variety of different roles, delivered consistent and profitable results. Creator and Co-founder of Award winning athletic club for university students.Including these past passion I am always looking to improve myself, recently learned basic Python and SQL coding, introduced and familiarized myself with Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, and Microsoft Azure.
