I serve as the Technical Manager - Process Safety at Macha PSM, where I lead our company’s delivery of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) services for ammonia refrigeration facilities nationwide. I oversee the development, execution, and quality of our full-service PSM programs, including PHAs, Compliance Audits, Mechanical Integrity inspections, IIAR 6/9 evaluations, hazard assessments, procedure development, and RMP submissions.My role centers on setting program standards, strengthening consistency across our consultants, and ensuring that every facility we support maintains alignment with OSHA, EPA, and IIAR requirements. I drive improvements in documentation, reliability, and overall safety performance while ensuring our team delivers clear, practical guidance to operations and maintenance personnel.The leadership principles I developed as a U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant remain foundational- bringing structure, accountability, and a high standard of execution to the people and programs I’m responsible for.
