Hi, my name is Riley-Kai Richards and I am a driven and community-focused leader with a strong background in service, leadership, and strategic engagement. Currently working with VarsityGripz as their social media marketing intern.As a five-time Presidential Volunteer Service Award recipient and the record-holder for most hours served in my NCL chapter, I’ve built a foundation rooted in dedication and philanthropy. My achievements include recognition as Miss DFW’s Teen, All-State All-Star, five-time All-American, and State Champion – 5A Gameday.In addition to my prior success, I’ve developed strong leadership and organizational skills through roles such as founding officer of Miami TPUSA, DECA district champion and state qualifier, and officer positions in TPUSA, UMCR, and Best Buddies. These experiences have strengthened my abilities in communication, public speaking, event coordination, and strategic outreach.I’m passionate about continuing to grow as a leader who bridges communities, inspires collaboration, and drives meaningful impact through innovation, inclusion, and service.
