About Riley Lewis

A results-driven professional with a Marketing degree from the University of Dayton’s School of Business. At Matrix Tool I’ve had the opportunity to contribute across multiple departments, including HR, New Business Development, Project Management, Marketing, & more. Currently, I’m part of the Quality Assurance team, with a focus on daily production support & calibration, while continuing to assist with marketing efforts. Outside of work, you can find me on the golf course, at classic car shows, or sporting events (typically in that order).

   Transitioned into the Quality department to gain a deeper understanding of quality assurance processes, procedures, and systems, while becoming more well-rounded in all aspects of plastic injection molding and tooling operations.• Actively developing skills in blueprint reading, part specifications, GD & T, inspection methods, equipment use, and quality documentation. • Supporting daily production on the floor via hourly part inspections, ensuring part compliance, and maintaining customer quality standards and requirements. Also a lead quality inspector in the lab performing start up/shut down inspections. • Responsible for the in-house calibration and upkeep of certain inspection equipment as well as managing third party vendors for the calibration and upkeep of additional inspection equipment.• Continue to assist with marketing, sales, and HR projects as needed to support cross-functional collaboration and maintain alignment with broader business goals.
