Beginning my newest FOH position at Carmine\'s, I am responsible for receiving orders from customers and sending them to our kitchen. To do this I handwrite tickets, as well as work with our phones, Slice Catering, and our POS system. I am responsible for making sure our guest\'s orders are correct and are sent to the proper kitchen stations and are retrieved upon customer presence. Aside from customer experience, I play a large role in assuring that our restaurant stays as clean and organized as possible. Every morning, I set up our restaurant for the day, as well as complete tasks to ensure that our closing shift employees have a smooth night. Every night I make sure to properly close our restaurant and cash register, guaranteeing that our register is balanced, and is properly set up for the following morning shift.
