At The Hope Center, I oversee the full lifecycle of event planning and execution, while also managing key aspects of marketing and development strategy. My role is a hybrid of logistical execution, creative storytelling, and relationship management, all aimed at expanding the reach and impact of our mission to support Christian nonprofit organizations and bring in new clients. Key Responsibilities:Event Leadership: Plan and execute all internal and external events, including tenant-focused initiatives and mission-driven community programs. Handle everything from scheduling and vendor coordination to day-of logistics and follow-up.Fundraising & Development: Lead the planning and production of community events including theme development, décor, donor outreach, volunteer coordination, and auction item procurement.Marketing & Communications: Create marketing content, promotional materials, and social media posts to elevate events and communicate our mission. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all external communications and campaigns.Community & Tenant Engagement: Develop and lead initiatives such as Tenant Appreciation Days and Community Engagement Events to strengthen tenant relationships and cultivate a connected, mission-aligned community.Client & Donor Relations: Deliver personalized customer service through venue tours, event consultations, and onsite coordination ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all guests.Reporting & Operations: Track and analyze event data, including attendance, revenue, and engagement metrics. Manage event setup worksheets, after-hours scheduling, and operational support for the facility.In this multi-faceted role, I serve as the strategic and creative engine behind all events, development roles when necessary, and marketing efforts driving both visibility and impact for The Hope Center and the nonprofits we serve.
