Auditing careplans. Ensure that the home meets regulatory and statutory requirements including fire, healthand safety, CCG, Infection control and CQC.Develop and maintain excellent workingrelationships with CQC, Social Services Departments and other external regulatory bodies.3) Staffing: Ensure that the right staffing levels are maintained and staff are recruited followingthe right police and procedure.4) Residents Wellbeing: Facilitate a safe, happy and harmonious environment for the residentand ensure they are supported to live a quality life.5) Human Resources: Ensure home is well presented and odour free. Ensure that any infectiousdiseases are reported to CQC.6) Marketing: Ensure care home is marketed professionally within the local community.

I hold a level 5 in leadership and Management in Adult Social Care as well as a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). I also have a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry( Bsc Biochemistry).Over the years, I have acquired a wide range of experience in Palliative Care, Nursing Care, Dementia care and Residential Care in excess of eleven years. During this time, I have consistently met and exceeded company set targets within ethical boundaries, leading to earning several company citations/awards for high-level performance. My experience working with the elderly in various care roles has seen me develop a unique set of skills that has made me successful as a registered care home manager Over the years and at present, I have successfully worked and managed quite a diverse number of care staff in various care organisations through hard work, dedication, commitment, knowledge, team spirit and never losing sight of organisational ethos, targets, goals, policies and procedures. I have a broad knowledge of CQC guidelines and procedures as well as government legislations.My degree in Biochemistry (BSc), Masters in Business (MBA) and a Level 5 in Leadership and Management has given me the opportunity to work with and manage diverse groups of staff and colleagues and to truly understand how the care system works and how to make an organisation successful while ensuring that the highest level of personalised care is provided. I have also benefited immensely from excellent training programmes within the healthcare system.
