ABOUT RIKKY ALEXANDER
Upon having graduated during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 I decided to spend two years pursuing a career as a professional golfer. Although reaching the level to turn professional, I didn’t reach the stage where making it to the highest level of the sport was guaranteed, and knowing the uncertainty of the lower ranks of professional golf I decided to pursue my Master’s degree due to my deep interest in finance. This is highlighted by achieving a 1st class distinction in my Master’s dissertation on investment funds, as well as a 1st class distinction overall for my degree. I am now fully devoted to launching my career and am extremely motivated to work incredibly hard to fulfil my full potential- Hold a valid UK Driving License- Currently studying towards the IMC qualification- Basic knowledge of Spanish and currently learning to improve- Consistently stay informed on the latest investment trends and financial markets through daily analysis of reputable sources- Three-time club champion of Braehead Golf Club and have regularly competed in national and international tournaments- Achieved a 1st for my undergraduate dissertation; Alexander, Rikky, ‘How to Wage War’, University of Stirling- Achieved a 1st for my postgraduate dissertation; Alexander, Rikky, ‘The Performance of Sustainable Equity Investment Funds: An Empirical Analysis of UK-Based Funds’, University of Dundee.
