About Rikki Cheese

I come from a long line of story-tellers who revel in sound and love to share that joy with the world. I am a local who grew up at Nellis Air Force Base, and I am a proud product of the Clark County School system. I have been a media professional since high school; first as a lead singer and music producer for the bands \"Celebration\" and \"Up With People\" while attending Rancho and Clark; then as a host and producer for my own radio and television talk shows on KUNV and KLVX Channel 10 while attending UNLV. Along the way to becoming an Anchor-Reporter for Channel 13 Action News I produced and hosted talk shows and created media campaigns for non-profit organizations as a Community Affairs Director, and briefly ran away from home to produce number-one morning newscasts for KING TV in Seattle and KDFW in Dallas. I quickly realized the only major market that matters is Las Vegas. Southern Nevada is an amazing, ever-evolving, global community. I am blessed and grateful that Las Vegas is my home.
